I went 2x last week first I had a very nice gentalman I wish I got his name he made me the best drink and the second time was a nice girl she made my drink perfect they took their time wait was not long drive thru service is 10/10 for a starbucks the people were so nice and helpful this will be my regular spot now

Quick service, even though they were super busy. Logan went the extra mile to make sure we had what we needed, and it’s great that they’re service dog friendly.

Waited 15 minutes for my drinks (that i ordered ahead of time via mobile app)- which isn’t the biggest cause for concern. It’s when i approached the desk and asked about my drinks i was met with rude argumentative comments from a worker named “roe” Roe defended the wait time though the supervisor came over apologized and offered a gift card for the wait time. Now I’m waiting on another drink, the same “roe” makes it half way and sits it on the counter to the point where another supervisor comes over and asked if there’s anything more we were waiting on. To that i said “we’re waiting on a last drink, seems as if it’s 1/2 made” to which the supervisor steps in to finish the drink. And at that point “roe” continues with her snarky comments saying she was making multiple drinks at a time. (She wasn’t, we were standing at the counter for 15 minutes and she kept skipping our drinks.) I’m speaking with the supervisor regarding the lack of service received when roe continues to interrupt not to help but to be aggressive towards the customer. Terrible customer service from Roe. If you’re not able to provide good customer service why work in the service industry.

Went to the drive thru this morning by Marist as i do many mornings before work , today i was the only car made my order 2 food choices and a venti matcha drove to the window paid for my order was given my 2 food choices and then i sat there for a while waiting on my drink. i saw the person place my drink on the counter behind the cashier, as i waited she was stocking shelves and tagging items i began waving my hand letting her know i was still there, she was clueless finally after waiting in the line she sees me and brings me my drink i said it had been there for like 5 mins she told me the girl put it in the wrong place and my problem is pay attention to orders and your customer stock shelves and price when their aren't people waiting .i said they need to communicate she said she did and shut the window. i wont be going back
